Chinese Artists Withdraw from Gwangju Over Taiwan Pavilion
Chinese artists have officially withdrawn from the Gwangju Biennale in protest of a Taiwan Pavilion. Beijing considers recognition of Taiwan as a sovereign state a violation of its diplomatic policy.
